• Listening to additional questions or concerns about adapting your schedule

- Breaking Down the Mental Roadblocks
• Assessing past attempts (Success & Defeats)
• Intervention plan for potential present and future defeats
• Addressing the underlying factors/issues
(Some individuals discover concerns they did not realize had an effect on them, however once the “TRUE” roadblocks are revealed life can be lived to the fullest.)
